Showdown Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Consent

Showdown (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operated through the showdown.im website and mobile application. By using this Platform, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Showdown. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and registered members will be notified via email or in-app notification when changes are made.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on Showdown, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any one of these conditions means you are not eligible to use this platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You may be required to submit a valid ID (NID/Passport) and proof of address for account verification.
• Individuals who have been advised to abstain from gaming due to mental illness or by court order are not permitted to register.

Showdown reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Failure to verify submitted information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Showdown account. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account safe.

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, unless unauthorized access is proven.

4 Financial Transactions

Showdown has specific rules governing deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals may take 24–72 hours to complete.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• If a suspicious transaction is flagged, additional verification may be required and the payment may be placed on hold.

Showdown does not impose any additional charges on transactions. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees, for which Showdown bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Showdown offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time frame – once expired, they will be automatically forfeited.
• Each bonus specifies which games it can be used on.
• Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms will result in account termination.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Showdown are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Each game has its own rules, available within the game itself.

• Game results are completely fair and cannot be altered by any party.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Odds in Sports Betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is identified, Showdown reserves the right to void any bets and conduct an investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a violation of Showdown's Terms & Conditionsa direct violation of the Platform's terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Harassing or threatening other players or Showdown staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

Showdown believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Set your own weekly or monthly deposit limit — this option is available in your account settings.
• If gaming is becoming an addiction, take advantage of our Self-Exclusion feature to voluntarily suspend your account.
• Keep your account protected from minors.
• Avoid chasing losses by placing more bets in an attempt to recover money you've lost.
